Thank you Denise for helping plan our trip. Due to Helene, we had to end our vacation a day early. Denise helped with modifying our return and was able to get us a refund on our airfare back to the US. Without her help I’m not sure the airline would have been so accommodating. While the trip ended on a not so great note, the days leading up to our departure we were fantastic. We look forward to using Denise for many years in the future.

Everything was awesome on the ship the ports of call were great! Sicily was dirty not what expected. Excursions are available at each stop instead of purchasing before and not sure where to go when you get off ship.

Denise I can’t express enough how grateful we are for all your hard work on our trip. You went above any expectations a person could have. We had a fantastic time on this cruise in May that Denise planned for our family. Mom is 98. Denise made sure she had great accommodations for wheelchair. Our cabin was great. We had a lot of fun and family time. Can't say any of us were disappointed with Denise's great planning. Can't wait for the next adventure. Denise Delosreyes there doesn’t seem to be enough ways to thank you for all of your hard work! Everything you planned for us was perfect. And let’s not forget about the gift bags! All of the items came in handy including the flashlight and especially the toothbrushes! The toy for the baby was PERFECT for his first plane trip and LONG car rides!

What a Wonderfully planned vacation! With all the crazy schedules and day to day life events- we finally made a vacation all together with my beautiful mother in law who is 98!
We all must have called Denise a few dozen times each to answer all our questions( even the repetitive ones,lol) but she helped us every time!
Details, checklists, emails, texts- we had all the help we could ask for. Your ideas and reminders made the difference.

My bucket list wish fulfilled!!! Always have wanted to visit Pearl Harbor and give my respects to all the men and women that lost their lives. So I told my travel agent Denise from “Destinations Travel Genie” about what I wanted to do and she went to work to put together the most beautiful, fun and adventurous vacation for me. I could not have dreamed up a better vacation. Denise who I now just call “DTG” (Destinations Travel Genie) worked from day one of the planning, all the way through the end of the vacation. She arranged flights to and from Hawaii, She arranged transportation at the destinations, she set up and got us tickets to pearl harbor to go aboard the platform of the USS Arizona, which by the way these tickets are extremely hard to get now adays. She set up a Dinner cruise for after the Pearl Harbor visit which was wonderful. She set up a cruise on the Norwegian “Pride of America” to visit the five main islands. Along with all the excursions for each day. Let me say that each day was action filled, beautiful and adventurous. I could not thank “DTG” enough. During the planning stage not once did I call DTG and her not answer, she was always available for me. DTG knew how important and what this trip meant to me. She did not only help research the places, excursions, flights etc... She did the all the research. DTG made sure that everything we needed for this trip was planned, researched, and taken care of well before the trip date. By the way I have already booked my next trip with DTG!!!! My Husband and I traveled through the Hawaiian Islands in September and had the best vacation! Our plans began with a dream staying our first night in a beach facing room in Oahu- the picturesque scenery was just Gorgeous! We had Denise’s help getting to see Pearl Harbor in its re opening week! Being able to actually be above the Arizona and feel the somberness on its platform. We were also very fortunate to meet a crew member “Grandpa Toby” who was on the USS Missouri, and stood beside me while he opened the captain’s door with its key, just to get a look at where he once worked!
If not for Denise’s tenacity in constantly looking for the opening; we might never have had this great and eventful day to reflect on.
Our cruise throughout the islands on the Norwegian was extraordinary and she was always on top of any upgrades offered to us, granting us a fantastic Aft balcony cabin! She was always responsive to our requests and had all our documents in order- very organized!
